Sleek Make Up, I Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Showstoppers £7.99

The 'Showstoppers' palette features twelve of Sleek Make UP's legendary eyeshadow shades from previous palettes. Each shade is known for its amazing pigmentation, bold colours and perfect finish. As you can see the showstoppers palette has a range of  5 Matte, 6 Shimmering and 1 Sparkling Shade so you can mix and match finishes as you please. It's a great if you are looking for a mixture of neutral, bright, light and dark coloured shades in one palette. These eyeshadow's have amazing colour pay off and are soft to touch making them easy to blend.

The packaging is very 'Sleek' so it won't take up much room in a drawer, vanity bag, make up bag or handbag. However i can't get on with opening it :( but then again i have trouble opening a lot of things!

All in all a great autumn palette and I'm going to be purchasing the NEW limited edition I-Divine Palette in Vintage Romance so keep your eyes peeled!

Seventeen Phwoarr Paint!

 Seventeen claim that this product is 'THE hardcore concealer to wage war on under eye circles'

So I thought I would give it a try because of it's cool name and it's different packaging/formula compared to my beloved Collection (2000) cover up stick which has it's firm place in my vanity case. 

Phwoarr paint is a very rich and creamy concealer that is easy to blend and because of this creaminess it can be applied by both brush or by using your fingers. What i loved the most? It doesn't appear cakey when applied and doesn't budge throughout the day!

I believe what they claim to be true, if you haven't had much sleep this product will banish those under eye circles and make you look like you've had the best nights sleep even if you feel like rubbish so imagine what it can do the morning after a heavy night out! 

This product comes in a very limited range of shades and is only available in Light or Medium. It retails at £5.49 both at Boots stores and Boots online.

Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Mousse Foundation, My Best Matte!

Rimmel claims this product to be a feather light liquid mousse that blends flawlessly for a natural looking all day shine free look. They also claim it has a lightweight texture that won't feel heavy or greasy...

Although my skin type is 'normal' and I don't necessarily need a matte foundation, I feel that the 'dewy' look just doesn't suit me. I have been using matte foundations for a good 6 years or more and it's safe to say this product gets five stars from me!

This foundation is best suited to Combination, Normal and Oily skin types as it's an oil free product that reduces the look of any pores.

It is probably best applied with a foundation brush to get that air brushed look but be sure to rub the product in with your fingers as like it states it's a liquid mousse consistency and can be pretty tricky to blend on the face with a brush and not have any brush marks.

Don't be fooled by the consistency of the product when fresh out of the tube as it seems like a heavy foundation but as soon as you start to apply and blend the lightweight, non greasy and non heavy feeling comes into play!

The formula has superb coverage without that 'cakey' look, is amazing at staying put (and that's coming from a busy Mother of a 10 month old baby) and a little product goes a long way!

Katy Perry Killer Queen... Own the throne!

I received this stunning fragrance in 100ml as a birthday gift from my boyfriend of six years and also received the gift bag.  Katy Perry teamed up with Coty to make this fragrance which launched in August 2013. It's a playful yet strong fragrance, with a floriental scent with dark berries, plum, precious woods and a sensual musk. This is definitely a fragrance for both day or night with it's great combination of scents. It lasts well throughout the day and I have had quite a lot of compliments whilst wearing this product!  It's not your normal celebrity perfume, it's just absolutely amazing and great value for money ecpecially at the perfume shop right now ;) A must have if you need or want to try a new perfume :)
